What postal service do you use within the UK?We send all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 free standard shipping. All other shipping upgrades such as 1st class and next day are also sent via Royal Mail. Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 days once the order has been received. This is a fully trackable service and you will be given a tracking number within your dispatch email that we will send you. Please use Royal Mails website or App to track your parcel at: Track and Trace - Track your Item | Royal Mail Group Ltd . Please note that during very busy holiday seasons, delivery can take a little longer. Please see additional information in the: delivery section.

Do you offer free shipping?Yes! Free shipping - always! 🙌 We also have shipping upgrades at checkout if you need your order faster :)

Do you accept returns?We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. (this excludes memorial art) Please read on. For returns and exchanges: Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within: 1 day of purchase - Most products are shipped either same day or next. Please note that once they have left our hands to Royal Mail, there is nothing we can do to claim it back, you will have to return, once received. Memorial Art: Due to the nature of this product we do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations can be accepted before we receive the ashes. How can I get in touch?If you would like to get in contact with us please click on the contact tab at the top of the page. Or use the chat box on the bottom right of the page. Fill out the contact form provided and be sure to fill out your contact details too and we will get back to you. Opening ours are between 9.00am to 9.30pm everyday. So we will respond during these times, response times are normally within a few hours. Please look out for our response in your email inbox, be sure to also check your junk box too as sometimes emails can end up there.
