What postal service do you use for UK orders?

We send all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for free standard shipping. Shipping upgrades such as 1st class and next day are also available via Royal Mail. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day, while orders placed after noon will be sent the following working day. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email. Please use Royal Mail's website or app to track your parcel. Note that during busy holiday seasons, delivery may take longer. Do you offer free shipping within the UK?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping within the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you need your order faster, we have shipping upgrades available at checkout. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations (excluding memorial art). For returns and exchanges, contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 14 days. Request a cancellation within 1 day of purchase. Note that once items are shipped, they cannot be recalled. Memorial Art: Due to the nature of this product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
